Delivery Timelines:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
- We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 business days for metro cities and 15 business days for other areas after the order is dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping charge is Rs. 80. When the packaging weight increases shipping charges also may increase based on that.
- This minimum order value for free shipping may vary during special promotional offers.
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders only. For cash/COD orders, standard shipping rates apply.
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas like Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar Islands etc.
- During festive sales or other promotions, we may offer free shipping on all orders for a limited period. Please check the website banners for ongoing free shipping offers.
- If a free shipping offer applies to your order, you will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout. The invoice will clearly mention zero shipping charges.
- Taxes are applicable on shipping charges as per government regulations.
