Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at with your order details. We will send you a return shipping label to send back the item(s).

- Once we receive and inspect the return, refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (like shipping wrong/damaged item).

- If you would like an exchange instead, please place a new order for the preferred item. Return the original item using the process above and we will issue a refund once we receive it back.
